Twin hotel complex

Located in the immediate vicinity of Zurich International Airport, this hotel project offers its future operator/investor an attractive entry into one of the most important hospitality markets in Europe.

The project, which is masterminded by renowned architect Tilla Theus and whose start of construction work is scheduled for mid-2024, will consist of two towers of six and nine storeys, respectively, and present a unique modern look. It is planned to create around 153 rooms with an approximate size of 21 square metres each that lend themselves to branding for the mid- to upscale (long-stay) segment. In addition, the hotel complex will include a reception, a restaurant with bar, conference rooms, a lounge and a gym.
