Our history
From scaffold builder to successful property developer: The story of LIKA Group started in 2012, when Esat Likaj set up a one-man scaffolding business. He quickly developed a passion for the real estate industry. He recognised the potential of offering comprehensive solutions for a variety of real estate projects. He teamed up with a friend to buy a vintage property, successfully refurbishing and selling it. That is how the history of the LIKA Group got started.
