Your responsibility

Taking a holistic approach, you will manage general contractor projects in our various project portfolios from the initial foundation stone until the turn-key handover:

• Managing general contractor projects over the entire project length
• Call for tenders, contract award, supervision, invoicing and actual cost determination of sub-contractor services
• Masterminding structural engineering projects
• Managing the planners and companies involved in the construction
• Negotiating and awarding partial services
• Site management and construction site coordination

Your profile

• Architect (university of applied sciences), experienced structural draughtsman or site manager
• Site and project management experience in handling larger-scale building projects
• Professional and leadership experience
• Strong management skills, capacity for teamwork and assertiveness

Business Development:

Your Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in public affairs, corporate strategy, or business development.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of engaging with high-level stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Balkan languages (a plus if this aligns with existing business relationships).
